Returns
You may return any new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Georgia Spa Company’s e-store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Items that are opened or returned more than 14 days after delivery may receive a partial refund. A returns good authorization must be obtained via email from Georgia Spa Company prior to return shipping.
Any item purchased must be handled by the manufacturer of the item after 14 days. The manufacturers warranties and policies then apply.
Refunds
We process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Georgia Spa Company’s e-store. Refunds are processed after we receive and process your return. You should expect your refund 3-4 weeks after you give your return to your shipper. We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed and returned item.
