Bullfrog Spas profits are up while many other hot tub manufacturers are down Industry estimates suggest that the portable spa industry is down about 65% over the last three years. Bullfrog Spas reports that their sales have decreased about 36% over that same time. Bullfrog Spas is calling this smaller than average decrease a comparative win. What is more impressive, however, is that even with a significant decrease in sales, Bullfrog Spas has been able to maintain and even increase their net profits. Bullfrog Spas’s 2009 net profits are higher than those seen in the stronger years for the portable spa industry before the recession.
