My spa is gorgeous. Rich has been so easy to work with. It took us a while to make our final decision, but he patiently waited and was quick to respond to questions. The delivery and set up were on time and the people who delivered the spa were professional. We also used their preferred electrician, and his team was outstanding. Can’t say enough about what a great experience this has been. I just LOVE our hot tub!
